8. Payment & Billing Terms

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users must comply with:

• Meta WhatsApp Business Policy

• Anti-spam laws in India

We are not responsible for message delivery failures caused by Meta, telecom operators, or network outages.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery depends on:

• WhatsApp user settings
• RCS device compatibility
• Carrier network availability

Users must ensure that recipients have consented to receive messages.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, branding, software, and documentation belong to Vaishali Vinod Dalvi. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

13. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all user data.
Users must also maintain confidentiality of any non-public information provided by us.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we are not liable for:

• Service downtime
• Third-party system failures
• Consequential or incidental damages

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vaishali Vinod Dalvi harmless from any claims arising due to misuse, policy violation, or illegal use of the Services.

17. Governing Law (India)

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
